A new kind of night out — no alcohol, no substances, no pressure. Our socials are designed for connection, laughter, music, snacks, and real conversations without the fog of drinking culture. Whether you’re sober, sober-curious, in recovery, or simply craving meaningful company, you’ll find a safe, welcoming space to be yourself and build genuine friendships.
Free, inclusive, and hands-on. Our workshops rotate monthly and may include journaling circles, art & craft nights, tea gatherings, intention setting, resiliency skills, financial literacy basics, community donation drives, and more. These sessions foster creativity, confidence, and community bonding — open to all ages and backgrounds.
Gentle movement, breathwork, grounding, and inner peace. Our yoga & wellness sessions are designed to soothe the nervous system, strengthen the body, and nurture emotional wellbeing. Every class is beginner-friendly and trauma-informed, focusing on breath, balance, and accessible movement. Expect calming energy, soft lighting, and space to reset.
An exploration of intuition, symbolism, and self-awareness. Guided by experienced spiritual practitioners, these sessions invite participants to connect with inner wisdom through tarot, astrology, and energetic insight. You can expect to find clarity, reflection, empowerment, and grounding conversations that support personal growth and emotional healing.
Soothing frequencies, restorative rest, and deep nervous system release. Soundbath healing uses crystal bowls, chimes, and harmonic tones to support relaxation, reduce stress, and balance the mind–body connection. Participants lie down, get cozy with blankets, and allow sound waves to gently guide them into a meditative, restorative state.

This is a work in progress, we aim to help those who have finished recovery and are in need of help with the next step of integrating back into society, with resume and cover letter writing workshops, customer service skill building hours and additional financial literacy workshops.
