What We Solve

Our Core Programs

Who We Serve

Isolation, stigma, and lack of affordable support keep many from pursuing or sustaining a sober lifestyle. We provide judgment-free connection, accessible wellness, and consistency, creating a place where people can show up exactly as they are — without cost being a barrier.

Our focus is cultivating a safe space for individuals to heal, connect, trust and integrate back into the world.

Whether you’re exploring a sober lifestyle or looking to deepen your well-being, you’re invited to show up exactly as you are.

Together, we grow, heal, and build community.

Sober Socials & Community Workshops

We have a weekly sober social, a gathering where we can have fun without the stigma of drinking. Our workshops rotate monthly and may include journaling circles, art & craft nights, tea gatherings, intention setting, resiliency skills, financial wellness basics, community donation drives, and more.

Yoga & Wellness Hours

Designed to soothe the nervous system, strengthen the body, and nurture emotional wellbeing. Expect calming energy, soft lighting, and space to reset.

Tarot & Spirituality Hours

An exploration of intuition, symbolism, and self-awareness. These sessions invite participants to connect with inner wisdom through tarot, astrology, and energetic insight that support personal growth and emotional healing.

Meditative Soundbath Healing

Soothing frequencies, restorative rest, and deep nervous system release, using crystal bowls, chimes, and harmonic tones to support relaxation, reduce stress, and balance the mind–body connection.

Women’s Only Programming

A secure, supportive environment where women can build strength, independence, and self-trust. All women-identified participants are welcome.

We are a nonprofit sober LGBTQS+ trauma-informed collective based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We are dedicated to creating supportive, inspiring spaces for connection and personal growth. Our mission is to make wellness accessible to everyone, which is why we offer free and low-cost weekly workshops and events — from grounding practices and creative gatherings to educational resources and peer support.

We acknowledge that we are on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
